Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations can no longer be accepted. If you'd like your package to arrive on a specific date, please feel free to text/call/email us with your preferred delivery day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
If your order arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe to consume, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product as you received it. We make every effort to ensure that all products are kept at the proper temperature during shipping.
We verify addresses with our carriers before shipping, but if an incorrect address is entered, we will not be able to resend your products. Please double-check your address, including any apartment, lot, or unit numbers, before confirming your order. If you notice an error in the shipping address, contact us immediately, as we will not be able to make changes once the shipment has started. If your product shows as delivered by the carrier but hasn't arrived, we may be unable to assist. Please reach out to us if you're experiencing any issues, and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders typically arrive within 1 week, depending on volume. While we aim to deliver sooner, please expect your order within this time frame.
To protect your delivery from theft, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager for real-time updates, delivery instructions, and options to choose a safer location. A porch camera is also a good security measure. Please note, we cannot reprocess stolen orders if FedEx provides proof of delivery.
